Support the Troops / Oppose Bush This flag represents a growing consensus   within the United States and around the world: Its downwind red and white stripes stand for the bloody unnecessary wars we wish to keep forever behind us. Bring the troops home soon, safely. We honor their loyal dedication to serve our country, and their readiness to go in harm's way when truly needed. The pale blue circle says we intend to inhabit our small planet peacefully, in cooperation, in brotherhood and sisterhood with one another, while giving honor and respect for the ancient traditions and diversities of humankind. It says we recognize that technologies are poised to support a vibrant new worldwide economy, in fairness, with respect for human rights, free from inherently limited non-renewable energy supplies, and largely free of pollution. It also says we recognize the short term and long-term, short-sighted narrow-minded corporate-interest agendas the Bush administration is forcing at home and around the world. We see this as divorced from the reality, and responsibility, of existence on our rare water-life planet. We peaceably and patriotically oppose them. We fly this flag, and display it on our web sites, regardless of nationality, political party, race, or tradition.
